Today is an upper body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We are focusing on the pull muscles in your back and biceps and I want you to really pull with strength! We will perform a strength move for 3 rounds of 30 seconds each! I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a row and something as light as a back fly for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!

1. Push Up and single arm fly
2. curl and wide row
3. Bent Rows
4. Hammer Curls
5. Alternating Underhand rows
6. Supinated curls
7. Hinged Bent arm flyes
8. Cross body curl scoops
9. bent row and Bicep curl ladder
