30 Minute Auld Lang Syne Arms & Abs Workout | HOLIDAY HIITS – Day 12

Let’s work our upper body and abs today in this strength workout! Grab your dumbbells and let’s work! Your workout today is going to target all the muscles in your upper body and your abs! We are going to work in 30 second increments and we will be rocking through 3 rounds of each exercise. I used my 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells so grab weights that work for you in a heavy move like tricep overhead extensions and a lighter move like rear tricep kickbacks. We have pushups to start it off too so if you want to grab your bench for an incline, go ahead and pull that out as well.

The exercises:
1. Push ups
2. Knee Cross slider crunch
3. Push Press
4. Side Plank Dips Right
5. Bicep Hammer Curls
6. Side plank dips left
7. Tricep Overhead extensions
8. Reverse crunches (anchored)
9. Lat raise Pendulum
10. Toe Touches
11. Bicep Curl Drop Set with 5 suitcases between weights
