This workout is such a great challenge for your whole body! I will give you one minute to complete 10-12 reps of each of our 5 exercises. If you finish those reps in 30 seconds, the rest of that minute (30 seconds remaining) is your rest. Every minute on the minute we start working again! Work hard to use challenging weights and take about 3-4 seconds per rep so you can finish you work in 30-40 seconds. Have fun with this workout!
