30 Minute All Out Arms & Legs Workout | Summertime Fine 2023 – Day 64

It’s a great day to have a great workout! Join me for this upper and lower body combo and get your body feeling strong!

In this workout I will give you 30 seconds to work and you will superset two exercises together with 15 seconds rest between and you will complete three rounds of those two exercises. We have 60 seconds of rest in between the 5 circuits that we will complete. Have fun with this workout!

The Exercises:
1. Hammer curls Power up and slow down
2. Tricep OH Extension and ½
3. Supinated curls alternating to middle
4. Tricep kickback and calf raise
5. Curl to close press
6. Front squats with speed
7. Deadlift and Lat turn out with one leg in band
8. Yoga Block Squat pulses
9. Hamstring curls with sliders
10. Sumo Squat heel lift at bottom
