30 Minute Abs & Cardio HIIT Workout | Summertime Fine 2023 – Day 47

Let’s get our sweat on with their no equipment workout!

This workout is such a great challenge for your whole body! We will work for 30 seconds of each exercise for 3 rounds and 15 seconds rest in between. We will group two exercises together in supersets so be ready to stay moving!
