Today is an abs, arms, and cardio workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 3 minutes with 8 reps of two different exercises. I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 35 pound dumbbells so grab yours if you’re ready! I apologize for my mess up on the details of this workout for what it says on your workout calendar, I hope you still CRUSH this workout!!
