Today is a bodyweight cardio workout so be ready to stay moving together! This workout consists of 20 cardio exercises that we will perform for 50 seconds at a time and 10 seconds rest with no repeats. All you need is some space on your mat and your sweat towel! I am 28 weeks pregnant in this workout.*
1. Inchworm push ups
2. Knee Drivers left and right
3. reverse lunge and kick
4. Squat walk and 3 squat taps
5. Bear crawls
6. Plank Knee taps
7. Step up burpees and show hands
8. Squat to lunge
9. 2 hooks 2 upper cuts
10. Overhead Pull to Knee then to kick
11. lateral Lunge and lateral kick left
12. Lateral Lunge and lateral Kick right
13. Plank hop up and open
14. Standing stair climbers 1, 1, 2, 2
15. Kneeling tap back and kick forward right
16. Kneeling tap back and kick forward left
17. 5 lunge pulses with arm openers and switch
18. Plank Up downs
19. Squat hold with quick tap back lunge
20. Towel Knee drivers x 4 and floor tap
