🍉 Refreshing Watermelon FroYo Bites #yum

These healthy watermelon froyo bites are refreshing, delicious and super easy to make with just 4 ingredients!

1 1/2 cups watermelon, cubed
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1-2 fresh mint leaves
1-2 tsp honey

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into an ice cube tray or freezer friendly mold.
Freeze until solid (approx 3-4hours)
When ready to eat, remove from mold and let sit to soften for a few minutes.
Store leftovers in the freezer in a resealable air-tight, container
